高校教师“互联网+”教学能力的结构与提升路径

摘要 以数字化、网络化、智能化为特征的现代信息技术飞速发展,全社会、全行业的数字化转型步伐不断加快,依托互联网的高校教学改革势在必行。本文分析"互联网+"背景下高校教师教学能力结构,主要包括教学策略的知识管理能力、专业知识的再加工能力、智慧教学环境的创设能力。本文还探讨高校教师"互联网+"的教学能力提升路径:首先,高校要大力推进"互联网+"教学与信息化资源建设;其次,高校教师要增强主动提升"互联网+"的教学改革意识;最后,高校教师需要积极参与信息化教学培训与实践。 With the rapid development of modern information technology characterized by digitalization,networking and intelligentization,the digitization transformation of the whole society and the whole industry is accelerating continuously,and the teaching reform of colleges and universities relying on the Internet is imperative.This paper analyzed the university teachers’teaching ability structure under the background of"Internet+",including mainly the teaching strategy of knowledge management ability,professional knowledge and processing capacity,the smart of teaching environment creation ability.This paper explored also the improving paths of university teachers’"Internet+"teaching ability:First of all,universities should promote vigorously the construction of"Internet+"teaching and information resources;Secondly,college teachers should enhance actively the awareness of"Internet+"teaching reform;Finally,college teachers need to participate actively in informatization teaching training and practice.
