风电消纳的成本模型及保障机制

The Cost Model and Guarantee Mechanism of Consumption Absorption in Wind Power

风电是指由于地球表面的空气大规模流动所产生的能量直接转化为的电能,目前,风电已成为我国的第三大发电类型。如何合理消费风电,减少弃风现象的发生是本文研究的重点。本文通过分析弃风问题形成的原因,从风电消纳的投资、成本和调度三个维度对风电的消纳问题建立决策模型,为风电消纳发展提供依据。

Wind power refers to the direct conversion of energy generated by the large-scald air flow on the earth’s surface into electric energy.At present,wind power has become the third largest power generation type in China.How to consume reasonably the wind power and reduce the occurrence of wind power abandonment is the focus of this paper.By analyzing the causes of wind power abandonment,this paper establishes a decision-making model for wind power consumption from three dimensions of the investment,cost and scheduling,which provides a basis for the development of wind power consumption absorption.
