疫情防控背景下基于业务流程的学生请假全程非接触方案的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Whole Process Non-contact Program of Students’Leave Based on Business Process under the Background of Epidemic Prevention and Control

为做好高职院校园新冠疫情防控工作,减少人员聚集和接触,在校学工处、教务处和信息中心大力支持下,基于院校业务工作流程,对学生请假全程非接触方案进行探索,并利用校园卡和人脸识别技术,实现了学生线上提交请假申请,班主任、辅导员及学工书记在线审批,最后通过审批的学生刷脸或刷卡进出校门,从而完成非接触式请假过程,该方案实施运行后效果良好,获得了师生们的一致好评,也提升了我院的信息化应用水平。

In order to do Covid-19 prevention and control work in the new campus of higher vocational colleges,to reduce the staffs aggregation and contact,and support from the academic office,the academic affairs office and Information Center,we explore the whole course of the student’s leave taking and the contactless solution based on the school business process.We use also the campus card and face recognition technology to achieve the students’online application for submission of leave,class teachers,counselors and academic work books.Finally,the students who pass the examination and approval brush their faces or swipe their cards to get in and out of the school,so as to complete the non-contact leave process.After the implementation of the scheme,the effect is good,and it has won the unanimous praise of teachers and students,and also improved the informatization application level in our college.
