摘要
光缆网资源规划随着运营商推进构建高效智能的全光网络架构目标而显得日趋重要。传统的光缆网资源规划以粗放式的需求收集为主,一味投入新建资源,没有与现网闲置资源盘活相结合。文章从盘活空闲资源、投入新建资源、资源效益评估等维度出发,通过引入层次分析法(AHP),梳理出光缆网资源规划的各种关键因素,提出一种平衡新建资源投入和盘活利旧现有资源的光缆网资源规划策略。
With the construction of efficient and intelligent all-optical network architecture in ISP,optical-fiber network resource planning is becoming more and more important.The traditional optical-fiber network planning focused on extensive demand collection,didn’t combine with the current network idle resources.This paper proposes an optical-fiber network resource planning scheme,which makes the balance with the investment of new resources and the utilization of old resources with introducing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and evaluating resource benefit.
