数字档案价值实现视角下档案鉴定工作的优化路径

The Optimized Path of Archives Appraisal under the Perspective of Value’s Realization of Digital Archives

档案鉴定是鉴别判定档案保存价值、确定档案"存"、"毁"的一项专业性工作。在数字档案价值实现视角下的对信息化背景下档案的"存"与"毁"手段进行确定、能促进档案管理水平的提高、有利于应付突发事变。为此,对数字档案价值实现视角下档案鉴定工作的内容标准和形式特征标准进行简要分析,并提出档案鉴定工作的优化路径。

The appraisal of archives is the work of confirming the"Preservation"of archives.It can achieve the goal of"Preservation"or in the process of"Destruction",and keep the archives reasonably and properly.In the view of realizing the value of digital archives,the work of archives appraisal can confirm the documents and the means of archives storage and destruction under the background of informatization,promote the level of archives management,and help to deal with emergencies.In this paper,the content standard and the form characteristic standard of the archives appraisal work under the perspective of realizing the value of the digital archive are analyzed briefly,and the optimized path of the archives appraisal work is proposed.
