从“我的讲台”到“我们的讲台”——新课程视角下的学讲教学模式探究

摘要 师范学校的课堂作为培养我国师资的主场地,其培养出的准教师的质量直接关系到国家的进步和发展。师范生的深度学习能力和语言表达能力是从业能力的集中体现,"学进去,讲出来"的教学方式对此大有裨益。本文基于新课程改革的基本理念探究师范学校课堂教学的改革,让师范生们真正做到学进去,讲出来,从而加强师范生课堂学习的有效性及提升准教师教学能力的培养力度。促进师范生学进去讲出来的策略主要有:发挥教师引领作用,解开束缚的"结";改变学生学习观念,插上解放的"翅";创设教学实践机会,提升课堂的"质"。 As the main field for cultivating teachers in the classroom of normal schools of our country,the quality of prospective teachers is related directly to the progress and development of the country.Normal students’deep learning ability and language expression ability are the concentrated reflection of their professional ability.The teaching method of"learning in,speaking out"is of great benefit to this.Based on the basic concept of the new curriculum reform,this paper explores the reform of classroom teaching in normal schools,so that normal students can really learn in and speak out,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of classroom learning and enhance the cultivation of quasi-teachers’teaching ability.The main strategies to promote normal students’learning including:Giving full play to teachers’leading role and unblocking the"Knot";Changing students’learning concepts and inserting the"Wings"of liberation;Creating teaching practice opportunities to promote the"Quality"of the classroom.
