基于数据分析职业能力培养的物流管理专业统计学教学改革

Statistics Teaching Reform of the Logistics Management Specialty Based on Professional Ability Cultivating of Data Analysis

物流领域对从业人员的专业数据处理能力要求越来越高,因而统计学课程的重要性提升。然而由于统计学也是整个经济管理类专业的专业基础课,在实际教学中存在通识性强,专业针对性弱,理论性强,实践性弱,教学模式单一等问题,不利于物流管理专业学生数据分析职业能力的培养。论文对物流管理专业统计学教学改革进行了探讨,构建了"一个核心、两个支撑、三种途径"课程教学改革体系,从教学目标,教学内容,教学方法,信息技术应用,考核评价等方面提出了改革措施。

In the field of logistics,the professional data processing ability of employees is required to be higher and higher,so the importance of Statistics course is enhanced.However,Statistics is also the professional basic course of the whole economic management major.In the actual teaching,general knowledge is strong,professional pertinence is weak,theory is strong,practice is weak,teaching mode is single.These problems are not conducive to the cultivation of students’professional ability of data analysis in Logistics Management major.This paper discusses the teaching reform of Statistics in Logistics Management major,constructs the teaching reform system of"one core,two supports and three ways",and puts forward reform measures from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,application of information technology,assessment and evaluation.
