摘要
消费者行为分析,是分析市场导向的关键一环。本文通过发放58份有效问卷,对象为都市白领,高校学生及习惯使用互联网消费等人员进行分析,问卷分别从消费者的消费表现、消费偏好、选择行为等入手,把握影响消费者行为的因素,最终推导出消费者做出购买行为的动机。消费者行为研究对E仔直达平台的未来发展,具有重要影响。
Consuming behavior analysis is the key link of market orientation.In this paper,58 valid questionnaires were distributed to urban white-collar workers,college students and people who are used to online shopping to make an analysis.It grasps the factors that affect purchased behavior and deduce its motivation by consumption features,preference and how clients make choices.The research of consumers behavior has an important influence on the future development of E-laundry platform.
