[目的]快速高效地完成医院近5年各年度各级别科研项目立项情况的统计工作。[方法]利用Excel的多条件统计函数COUNTIFS,对科研项目立项情况进行统计。[结果]运用COUNTIFS函数批量统计,相比按条件进行逐个筛选、统计,更为高效、便捷,且不易出错。[结论]熟练掌握运用COUNTIFS函数的使用方法,科教管理部门可以提升多条件数据统计工作的效率,更高效地开展工作。科研管理人员应尽可能掌握更多的函数使用,可以提升效率。

[Objective]Try to complete quickly and efficiently the statistical work of hospital scientific research projects at all levels in recent five years.[Methods]Using the multi condition statistical function of Excel-COUNTIFS,take statistics of scientific research projects.[Results]batch statistics with the function COUNTIFS was more efficient,convenient and error free than one by one screening and statistics according to conditions.[Conclusion]mastering the use of COUNTIFS,scientific management can improve the efficiency of multi-condition data statistics and carry out the work more efficiently.Scientific research managers should master as many functions as possible to improve the efficiency.
