Cultivation of the High-skilled and Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

在国家创新驱动发展战略的背景下,高职院校应当以技术技能和创新能力作为人才培养的首要目标。从人才培养所存在问题着手分析,提出电子信息类专业高技能创新型人才应具备解决复杂问题的能力、强烈的责任感和工匠精神以及积极进取的创新精神,并从创新实践基地、创新师资队伍、创新教育体系三个角度探究了电子信息类专业高技能创新型人才的培养路径。

In the context of the national innovation-driven development strategy, higher vocational colleges should take technical skills and innovation capabilities as the primary goal of talent cultivation. This paper analyzes the problems in talent cultivation, and proposes that high-skilled and innovative talents in electronic information majors should have the ability to solve complex problems, a strong sense of responsibility and craftsmanship, and an enterprising spirit of innovation. It explores the cultivation path of high-skilled and innovative talents in electronic information majors from three perspectives: Innovative practice base, innovative teachers teams, and innovative education system.
