摘要
加强和完善社会治理,要坚持以人民为中心,在应急管理体系建设中需充分尊重人民的心理特点和心理需求。在疫情常态化防控背景下或将深刻分析、认真反思和着力解决社会心理服务体系建设中的基础性、系统性问题,从而推动社会治理及应急管理的制度化、程序化、规范化和法治化。
To strengthen and improve social governance,we must adhere to the people-centered,in the emergency management system construction needs to respect fully the psychological characteristics and psychological needs of the people.Under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control,the basic and systematic problems in the construction of social psychological service system may be analyzed deeply,reflected and focused seriously on solving,so as to promote the institutionalization,procedure,standardization and rule of law of social governance and emergency management.
