摘要
随着现今档案信息化建设工作的不断开展,促使人事档案管理工作模式也已实现电子化,有效地提升工作效率。这样的管理方式相对传统实体的档案管理工作开展方式讲,在信息化时代的发展中,以往单向的信息传递形式与封闭式管理环境、人事档案管理工作,现今面临着物联网、内联网以及外联网等多个层面的发展风险,于是对人事档案的风险管理工作提出更高的要求。本文主要从多方面展开对人事档案的风险管理分析,并从风险评估、制度建设等方面提出相应的对策。
With the development of archives informatzatiion construction,the mode of personnel archives management has realized the development of electronization and promoted effectively to the efficiency of work.Compared with the traditional way of archives management of entities,the one-way information transmission and the closed management environment in the past,in the development of the informatization age,the personnel archives management work is carried out,nowadays,facing the development risk of Internet of things,Intranet and Extranet,higher requirements are put forward for the risk management of personnel archives.This paper analyzes the risk management of personnel archives from many aspects,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of risk assessment and system construction.
