摘要
高职院校强调高职教育的区域和职业两个本质属性,但目前的高职教育在人才培养模式中并未对电商毕业生的多岗迁移、可持续发展的职业发展方面给出有效的举措。本课题提出将"1+X"证书内容纳入人才培养方案促进高职电商学生初岗精技;融合行、企、校资源、完善现有的人才培养模式、建立职业规划指导中心,给予学生职业发展指导;依托电商创新中心,通过"研-赛-创"活动激发学生创新、创业激情,帮助高职电商毕业生高质量地就业、创业。
Higher vocational colleges education emphasizes the region serving and occupation devlopment.However,the current higher vocational education does not give effective measures for the sustainable multi-career migration of e-business graduates.This paper argues that the"1+X"certificate should be put into the talent cultivating,program to promote the vocational e-business students to improve their skills.The collge should integrate the resources of industry-enterprise-school to improve current education mode,establish career-guide center to provide career development guidance.Relying on the e-business innovation center,research-competition-innovation activities is to stimulate students’enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship which will help them to obtain better employment and entrepreneurship.
