为更好的承担"智慧宁波"建设和应用中的基础性设施的角色,建设三维共享平台融入现有的地理信息公共服务平台提升地理空间框架的服务能力。通过对三维共享平台的需求分析,阐述了多种源数据的接纳和标准化数据服务的发布是三维共享平台的第一要务;海量数据管理、三维场景的表现深度、三维分析等常规三维平台性能和二次开发能力是三维共享平台的应用性保障;数据服务和功能服务的权限化管理以及数据安全是共享平台有效化管理的基础。

In order to better undertake the role of infrastructure in the construction and application of"smart Ningbo",build a three-dimensional sharing platform,integrate into the existing geographic information public service platform,and improve the service capacity of the geospatial framework.Through the demand analysis on 3D sharing platform,this paper expounds that the acceptance of multi-source data and the release of standardized data service are the first priority of 3D sharing platform;The performance and secondary development ability of conventional 3D platform such as massive data management,3D scene performance depth and 3D analysis are the application guarantee of 3D sharing platform;the authority management of data service and function service as well as data security are the basis of effective management of sharing platform.
