档案信息化背景下高校档案资源体系建设

Construction of the Archives Resources System in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Archives Informatization

高校档案资源体系的建设与完善在档案信息化的高质量发展中发挥着基础性作用,不仅有助于丰富高校档案资源,同时还能促进高校档案管理效率提高。但从目前高校档案资源体系建设现状来看,还存在着资源集成性、丰富性不足,标准化体系建设滞后等问题。对此,该文提出相应对策,为高校档案资源体系的完善与发展提供参考。

The construction and perfection of archives resources system in colleges and universities plays a basic role in the high-quality development of archives informatization,which not only helps to enrich the archives resources in colleges and universities,but also promotes the efficiency of archives management in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems such as lack of integration and richness of resources and lag of standardization system construction.Therefore,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the perfection and development of archives resources system in colleges and universities.
