智慧校园背景下电子公文现状与管理——以南京科技职业学院为例

The Status Quo and Management of Electronic Document under the Background of Smart Campus——Taking Nanjing Polytechnic Institute as an Example

随着"互联网+"的大力发展、教育信息化的不断推进,智慧校园建设已逐步普及。作者以此作为研究背景,阐述在高职院校工作中电子公文所具备的优势和特点,指出电子公文在流转、存储、归档过程中存在的不足,提出优化电子公文管理工作的措施。

With the development of"Internet+"and the advancement of education informatization,the construction of smart campus has been popularized gradually.Taking this as the research background,the author expounds the advantages and characteristics of electronic official documents in the work of higher vocational colleges,and points out the disadvantages in the process of circulation,storage and filing of electronic official documents,the measures to optimize the work of electronic official document are put forward.
