二手平台发展现状、问题及对策——基于华北电力大学师生使用二手平台情况的调研分析

The Current Situation of Development,Issues and Countermeasures of Second-hand Platforms——Investigation and Analysis Based on the Use of Second-hand Platforms by Teachers and Students of North China Electric Power University

随着资源节约倡议的再次提出和人们消费观念的转变,二手物品交易重新进入人们的视野。近年来,二手物品交易平台乱象丛生,受人们诟病颇多,使用者满意率低。如何建设一个既规范又标准的二手平台以满足人们对二手物品交易的需求,成为目前二手交易平台亟待解决的问题。本文结合问卷进行二手平台的调研分析,得出二手平台的现存问题,提出建设规范化和标准化二手平台的具体对策。

With the re-introduction of the resource conservation initiative and the change of people’s consumption concept,second-hand goods transactions have re-entered people’s vision.In recent years,second-hand goods trading platforms have been chaotic,which has been criticized by many people and the user satisfaction rate is low.How to build anormalized and standardized second-hand platform to meet people’s demand for second-hand goods trading has become an urgent problem for second-hand trading platform to solve.This article combines with the questionnaire to conduct a survey and analysis of the second-hand platform,draws out the existing problems of the second-hand platform,and puts forward the construction of normalized and standardized second-hand platform specific countermeasures.
