摘要
教师是一种实践性职业,教师继续教育的根本目的在于提升教师的实践性知识。实践取向幼儿教师培训模式从"为了实践、基于实践、在实践中"三个层面探索了如何帮助和引领参训教师实现"知—行"的有效转换的路径与方法。
Teachers are a practical occupation and the fundamental aim of teachers’ continuing education is to improve their practical knowledge. From the three aspects of "For the practice,based on the practice and in the practice", the training mode based on the practice-oriented direction explores the routes and methods of how to help and lead the teachers who participated in the training to realize the effective transition between knowledge and practice.
