In today’s diversified information recording technology,it is very valuable to discuss the factors of long-term preservation of hard archival information resources from the perspective of information recording technology. This paper analyzes the different life span of archives information resources formed by different information recording technologies,and expounds the influence of information recording technology on the long-term preservation of archival information resources from the technical and application levels.
