Emergencies in the Government Network for Public Opinions Control &Guiding Strategy under the Background of Big Data——Taking 3.21 Explosion Accident in Xiangshui of Jiangsu Province as an Example

大数据时代的到来给政府网络舆情治理带来新的机遇和挑战,为了更好地控制和引导突发事件网络舆情,本文基于大数据时代背景,以"响水爆炸"为例,对突发事件网络舆情特征及其数据治理中存在的问题进行分析,找到政府在关键问题上的解决方向,从而提出相应对策,为政府控制与引导突发事件网络舆情提供措施。

The advent of the era of big data brings new opportunities and challenges to the governance of government onling public opinions. In order to better control and guide the onling public opinions of emergencies,this article is based on the background of big data in the era, taking the "Xiangshui explosion" as an example. To analyze the online public opinions characteristics of emergencies and the problems existing in data governance,find the government’s solution direction on key issues,and propose corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the government to control and guide the emergencies online public opinions.
