The Intelligent Evaluation System of Quality of Ability for Higher Vocational Teachers

高职院校教师能力素质智能评价系统主要由能力素质输入语言、量化和反量化、储存或转化、智能输出语言、以及反馈等部分组成。以能力素质输入语言和智能输出语言作为操作性较强的语言表达方式构建能力素质评价体系。通过视觉和听觉作为信息采集工具,利用五档量化和反量化进行由定性-定量-定性的转化,完成能力素质观测点单项和综合能力素质评价的智能输出语言。

The intelligent evaluation system of teacher quality of ability is composed mainly of input language,quantification and back-quantification,storage or transformation,intelligent output language and feedback in higher vocational schools.It is taked the input language of competence and the output language of intelligence as the operative language expression to construct the evaluation system of competence.By means of vision and hearing as information collection tools,it is completed the intelligent output language of single item and comprehensive quality of ability evaluation of observation points by qualitative-quantitative-qualitative transformation with five grades of quantification and inverse quantification.
