摘要 定风量空调系统与变风量空调系统因其风量控制性能和节能性能而得到越来越广泛的应用。在整个CAV和VAV空调系统中,CAV和VAV系统的风阀是重要的组成部分。CAV和VAV风阀可以控制送风量或回/排风量。在CAV和VAV风阀中有许多参数可以测量如风量、风阀的形状、风阀的位置和房间的温度(仅限于VAV系统)。这些参数是整个系统的基本参数。本文介绍了LonWorks技术在CAV和VAV空调系统中的应用。介绍了基于LonWorks技术的CAV和VAV控制系统的框架,包括整个系统的可变频率驱动器、风阀和网络拓扑结构。所提出的框架控制系统构造简单,性能良好。 Constant Air Volume(CAV)and Variable Air Volume(VAV)air-conditioning system become more and more widely used because of it’s air volume controlling properties and energy saving properties.In the whole VAV and CAV air-conditioning system,CAV and VAV damper is important component.CAV and VAV damper can control the supply air volume or return/exhaust air volume.And there is lots of parameter can be tested in CAV and VAV damper such as air volume,damper statues,damper position and temperature of room(VAV only).This parameters are craticals for the whole system.Since there are many parameters to feedback,it costs very much to transform the parameters through analog signal.It will take too many cables and too many channel of DDC controller.The problem can be solved by using LonWorks technology.LonWorks technology is a kind of open control network technology.Using LonWorks technology DDC controller can acquire the parameters with a couple of cable.This paper introduces how to apply LonWorks technology to CAV and VAV air-conditioning system.and present framwork of CAV and VAV control system bases on LonWorks technology,including the component of whole system such as Variable Frequency Drivers(VFD),CAV/VAV damper and network topology.Within the proposed framwork CAV and VAV control system can be built easliy and its performance good.
