民生档案的封闭期与保护期

档案封闭不仅不等同于保密,而且,档案封闭并不包括对含有隐私内容档案的保护。鉴于综合档案馆馆藏民生档案封闭期的档案占到馆藏,不属于档案封闭期的档案利用占到档案馆利用量的95%以上,建议可将档案封闭期改为档案保护期。

Archives closing is not only not equal to confidentiality,but also does not include the protection of archives with privacy content.In view of the fact that the archives in the closed period of the people’s livelihood archives in the collection of comprehensive archives account for more than 95%of the utilization of the archives that do not belong to the closed period of archives,it is suggested that the closed period of archives should be changed into the protection period of archives.
