本文通过对SAP ERP项目实施过程进行分析,配合公司退城入园、产业升级计划的实施。以"管理平移、系统复制"为主要方针,各职能部门积极推动,以"技术平移"为先导,认真学习、转化先进公司的运营模式、流程规范、技术方案、数据标准等先进理念,以地铁产品生产的契机,逐步建成以SAP ERP系统为业务流转核心,辐射软件、硬件、网络等全方面的信息化整体架构搭建,为实现公司远大愿景,提供必要的信息化支持。

This paper analyzes the implementation process of SAP ERP project,and coordinates the implementation of the plan of"returning the city into the park"and"industrial upgrading plan"."The management of translation and replication system"as the main principle,and actively promote the various departments to"translation"as the guide,advanced the concept of serious study,transformation of advanced company operating mode,process specification,technical scheme and data standards,taking metroproduction opportunity,and gradually built by SAP the ERP system is the core business flow,software,hardware,network radiation informatization overall architecture in all aspects of the building,in order to achieve the broad vision of Co.,to provide the necessary informatization support.
