新时期高职院校构建基于OKR教师教学质量的保证体系——以常州信息职业技术学院为例

摘要 OKR是一套帮助组织实现目标管理、推动执行与协作的工具和方法。本文重点探讨了高职院校构建基于OKR的教学质量保证体系,结合我国双高建设单位常州信息职业技术学院的实践案例,构建的融入OKR理念的8字型教学质量螺旋模型涵盖了从目标设计、运行实施到诊断改进等质量保证的全过程,这一体系能帮助教师更有效地制订个人目标,激励教师在学校建设中不断自我驱动,不断提高教学质量。 OKR is a set of tools and methods that help organizations achieve goal management,promote execution and collaboration.This paper focuses on an OKR-based teaching quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the practical case of China’s double-high construction in CCIT,the construction of a figure 8 teaching quality spiral model incorporating the OKR concept covers the whole process of quality assurance from goal design,operation and implementation to diagnosis and improvement,this system can help teachers formulate personal goals more effectively,encourage teachers to continuously drive themselves in school construction,and continuously improve teacher teaching quality.
