The Development Strategy of Enterprise Archives Management Based on Knowledge Management

知识管理应该是当前企业档案管理的新方向,企业档案管理不仅要做好企业文件资料保存工作,同时将知识管理应用于企业档案管理,更好地实现档案知识的开发利用,为企业创造更多的经济效益。本文从企业档案知识管理的现状、意义、问题和解决策略等方面分析研究,论述档案知识管理对企业发展的积极意义,知识管理应用面临的问题,最后针对所面临的问题提出解决策略。

Knowledge management should be the new direction of current enterprise archives management.Enterprise archives management should not only do a good job in preserving enterprise documents and materials,but also apply knowledge management to enterprise archives management to better realize the development and utilization of archival knowledge and create more economic benefits for enterprises.This paper analyzes and studies the current status,significance and solutions of enterprise archival knowledge management.And discusses the positive significance of archival knowledge management for enterprise development,and the problems faced by the application of knowledge management.Finally,it proposes solutions to the problems faced.
