摘要
大数据时代,网店运营对数据的依赖性越来越强,对卖家数据化运营的要求也越来越高。本文分析了网店数据化运营的层次和步骤,重点探讨了网店运营初期数据化运营的思路,以淘宝网为例分析了展现量、点击率、转化率、好评率和回购率这五个重要指标。
In the era of big data,the dependence of online store operation on data is becoming stronger and stronger,and the requirements for seller’s data operation are also higher.This paper analyzes the leves and steps of the digital operation of online stores,and focuses on the ides of data-based operation in the initial stage of online store operation.Taking taobao.com as an example,it analyzes the five impottant indicators of display volume,click rate,coversion rate,positive rate and buy back rate.
