Design and Application of Guest Reception System

本文针对某所来宾接待工作中依赖Excel、手工记录方式管理来宾信息、来宾信息无统一标准、无法根据现有来宾信息实现精准化接待的难题,提出建设来宾接待系统,实现了对来宾信息的集中展现、标准化管理,接待人员可以根据系统中的来宾信息和来宾历次行程信息,制定精准的接待方案,在提高接待人员办公效率的同时,有效提高了来宾的满意度。

This paper proposes to construct the guest reception system,facing the problems of relying on Excel,manual recording to manage guest information in a guest reception work,the lack of unified standards for guest information,and the inability to achieve precise reception based on existing guest information.The system achieves the centralized display and standardized management.The reception staff can formulate accurate reception plans based on the guest information and the guests’previous itinerary information in the system.The system improves the reception staff’s office efficiency and effectively increases the guest’s satisfaction.
