摘要
该文总结了近年来冬青属植物组织培养的研究进展,以及冬青属植物组织培养发生的途径,从外植体、培养基、植物生长调节剂及培养条件等方面分析了组织培养再生体系建立的影响因素,并归纳了目前冬青属植物组培快繁存在的问题及对策,为其组培快繁技术的发展及产业化发展提供参考依据。
We summarized the research progress of tissue culture of Ilex in recent years,generalized the path of tissue culture of Ilex,and analyzed the factors of tissue culture regeneration system from the selection of explants,medium,plant growth regulator and culture conditions.It also summarized the problems and countermeasures in the rapid propagation of tissue culture of Ilex,and provided reference for the rapid propagation techniques of agar plants and industrialization development of tissue culture.
