鄂豇豆品种在巴州地区的适应性研究

Preliminary Study on Adaptability of E Cowpea Varieties in Bazhou

摘要 以引进江汉大学湖北省豆类(蔬菜)植物工程技术研究中心的6个鄂豇豆品种为试材,以当地主栽品种“摘不完”为对照,采取随机区组试验,比较分析了豇豆的主要农艺性状、营养品质及产量,并进行综合性评价,以期为巴州地区引进高产、优质豇豆新品种提供参考依据。结果表明:“鄂豇豆7号”(EJD-7)、“鄂豇豆14号”(EJD-14)、“鄂豇豆6号”(EJD-6)品种的维生素C含量显著高于CK(“摘不完”);EJD-7、“鄂豇豆2号”(EJD-2)、“鄂豇豆12号”(EJD-12)品种的粗纤维含量显著高于CK;EJD-14、EJD-7豇豆品种的粗蛋白含量显著高于CK;EJD-6、“江大紫豇豆1号”(ZJD-1)、EJD-14豇豆品种的产量显著高于CK。根据隶属函数分析法得到试验的豇豆品种综合性能从好到差依次为EJD-14>EJD-6>EJD-7>EJD-2>ZJD-1>CK>EJD-12,平均隶属函数值依次为0.951、0.721、0.478、0.447、0.399、0.388、0.277。因此,EJD-14、EJD-6品种在新疆巴州地区综合表现最好,适宜在巴州地区优先选择大面积推广种植。 Six cowpea varieties from Jianghan University and Hubei Province Engineering Research Center for Legume Plants were used as the experimental subjects,and the local variety(‘Zhaibuwan’)was selected as the control.The agronomic traits,nutritional quality and yield were compared according to randomized block test,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out,in order to provide reference for the introduced cowpea varieties.The results showed that vitamin C content of‘Cowpea No.7’(EJD-7),‘Cowpea No.14’(EJD-14)and‘Cowpea No.6’(EJD-6)was significantly higher than that of CK.The crude fiber content of EJD-7,‘Cowpea No.2’(EJD-2)and‘Cowpea No.12’(EJD-12)was significantly higher than CK.The crude protein content of cowpea varieties EJD-14 and EJD-7 was significantly higher than that of CK.The yield of cowpea varieties‘Cowpea No.6’(EJD-6),‘Jiangda Cowpea No.1’(ZJD-1)and EJD-14 was significantly higher than that of CK.According to membership function analysis,the comprehensive performance of cowpea varieties tested from priority to poor was EJD-14,EJD-6,EJD-7,EJD-2,ZJD-1,CK,EJD-12,respectively.And the average membership function values were 0.951,0.721,0.478,0.447,0.399,0.388 and 0.277,respectively.Therefore,EJD-14 and EJD-6 had the best comprehensive performance in Bazhou area of Xinjiang,which have great potential for large-scale promotion in Bazhou area.
