油菜素内酯及水杨酸配施对盐碱胁迫下番茄幼苗生理的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Combined Application of Brassinolide and Salicylic Acid on the Physiology of Tomato Seedlings Under Saline-alkali Stress

摘要 以“垦番1号”番茄为试材,采用NaCl和NaHCO_(3)按摩尔比1:1混合配置复合盐溶液,对番茄幼苗进行盐碱胁迫处理,研究不同浓度油菜素内酯(brassinolide,BR)和水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)配施对番茄幼苗生理的影响,以期为番茄耐卤碱栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:0.01g·L^(-1)BR+0.20g·L^(-1)SA处理番茄幼苗脯氨酸含量最高,增加32.79%,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最大,增加62.88%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最大,增加30.37%;0.05g·L^(-1)BR+0.05g·L^(-1)SA处理番茄幼苗丙二醛含量(MDA)积累最少,为5.428mmol·L^(-1),可溶性糖含量(SS)积累量最高,为460.133mg·kg^(-1);0.05g·L^(-1)BR+0.10g·L^(-1)SA处理番茄幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性最大,增加51.18%。综上所述,适宜浓度BR和SA复配使用,可以提高盐碱胁迫下番茄幼苗活性氧清除能力,加强渗透调节,提升抗氧化酶活性,促进植株生长,其中0.01g·L^(-1)BR复配0.10g·L^(-1)SA和0.01g·L^(-1)BR复配0.20g·L^(-1)SA对番茄幼苗的耐盐碱调节效果最佳。 ‘Kenfan No.1’tomato was used as the test material,the tomato seedlings were treated with a compound salt solution which was prepared by mixing NaCl and NaHCO_(3)in a molar ratio of 1:1for saline-alkali stress treatment.The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of different concentrations of brassinolide(BR)and salicylic acid(SA)on the physiology of tomato seedlings,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of tomato salt tolerance.The results showed that the tomato seedlings treated with 0.01g·L^(-1)BR+0.20g·L^(-1)SA had the highest proline(Pro)content,with a 32.79%increase;the catalase(CAT)activity was the largest,with a 62.88%increase;and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was the largest,with a 30.37%increase.Tomato seedlings treated with 0.05 g·L^(-1)BR+0.05 g·L^(-1)SA had the least accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA)at 5.428mmol·L^(-1),and the accumulation of soluble sugar(SS)was the highest at 460.133mg·kg^(-1).The activity of peroxidase(POD)in tomato seedlings treated with 0.05g·L^(-1)BR+0.10g·L^(-1)SA was the largest,an increase of 51.18%.To summarize,tomato seedlings treated with a combination of BR and SA at appropriate concentrations under saline-alkali stress could improve the scavenging ability of reactive oxygen species,improve osmotic regulation,increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and promote plant growth.Tomato seedlings grown in 0.01g·L^(-1)BR compounded with 0.10g·L^(-1)SA and 0.01g·L^(-1)BR compounded with 0.20g·L^(-1)SA had the best adjustment effect on salinity and alkali tolerance.
