盐胁迫对半夏光合作用及总生物碱含量的影响 被引量:4

Influence of NaCl on Photosynthesis and Alkaloids in Pinellia ternatat

摘要 以半夏为试材,研究了不同浓度的NaCl(CK:0μmol·L^-1,T1:25μmol·L^-1,T2:50μmol·L^-1,T3:100μmol·L^-1,T4:150μmol·L^-1,T5:200μmol·L^-1)处理对半夏光合作用及总生物碱含量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,除T1处理外其它4个处理均显著提高了丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时各处理均使半夏中可溶性糖含量显著升高;叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及总叶绿素含量,T1处理与对照相比均不存在显著性差异,而其它4个处理较对照而言均显著降低了其含量;叶绿素荧光参数中Fo整体趋势是随着NaCl浓度的升高出现先降低后升高的趋势。而Fv/Fm比值在T3、T5处理时与CK相比显著降低,同时,T3、T4、T5处理与对照相比均显著降低了ETR、NPQ值,Yield值除T1处理没有显著降低外,其它处理均使Yield值降低;随NaCl浓度的升高,总生物碱含量出现先降低后升高的趋势,在T3处理时出现了转折点。由此可见,不同浓度盐胁迫对半夏测定的各项指标均有影响,并通过影响生理指标及光合作用最终影响生物碱的含量。 Taking Pinellia ternatat as materials,the influences of diffferent concentrations of NaCl(CK:0μmol·L^-1,T1:25μmol·L^-1,T2:50μmol·L^-1,T3:100μmol·L^-1,T4:150μmol·L^-1,T5:200μmol·L^-1)on photosynthesis and alkaloids were studied.The results showed,compared with CK,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly increased with the NaCl treatment except for T1treatment,all the treatments coulld be significantly increased the contents of soluble sugar;and the contents of chlorophyll a,b and total chlorophyll in leaves were significantly decreased with the treatments of T2—T5compared with the CK while there was no significant difference between T1treatment and control;and overall trend of Fo were decreased first and then increased with the increase of NaCl concentration,the ratio of Fv/Fm decreased significantly when treated with T3and T5.At the same time,T3,T4and T5treatments significantly decreased compared with the CK of the value of ETR and NPQ.Thus,except for T1treatment,the yield value was reduced by all the other treatments;lastly,with the increase of NaCl concentration,the contents of total alkaloids first decreased and then increased,and a turning point occurred during T3treatment.It could be seen that different concentrations of NaCl stress had effects on the indexes determined in Pinellia ternata,and affect the content of alkaloids by affecting physiological indexes and photosynthesis.
