定量压迫下青年女性膝关节角度与腿围差关系的研究

摘要 为明确定量压迫下膝关节角度变化与腿部围度差之间的关系,选用手持便携式三维扫描仪对穿着符合YY/T0853—2011标准的Ⅰ级压缩袜的腿部进行扫描。通过改变膝关节角度定量分析腿部围度变化情况,并根据测量数据拟合出膝关节角度与腿部截面围度差的二次元函数模型。结果表明:定量压迫下,膝关节角度变化与小腿截面围度差变化成反比,与大腿截面围度差变化成正比;在膝关节角度变化过程中,腿部截面G围度差变化最明显。研究结果可以为紧身裤、瑜伽裤的围度尺寸优化设计提供参考。 In order to clarify the relationship between the change of knee angle and the leg circumference differenceunder quantitative compression,the paper used the hand-held portable three-dimensional scanner to scan the legs wearing class I pressure socks conforming to YY/t0853—2011 standard.The change of leg circumference was quantitatively analyzed by changing the knee angle,and the quadratic function model of the difference between knee angle and leg section circumference was fitted according to the measured data.The results show that under quantitative compression,the change of knee angle was inversely proportional to the change of cross-sectional circumference difference of lower leg and positively proportional to the change of cross-sectional circumference difference of thigh.In the process of knee angle change,the change of G circumference difference of leg section is the most obvious.The research results can provide reference for the optimal design of girth size of tight pants and yoga pants.
