碘吸附器取样与应用现状研究

摘要 介绍了国内核电站碘吸附器取样及其特点,分析了不同取样方式的取样代表性。为了克服所设计的样杯取样代表性验证大多停留在理论计算阶段的缺点,参考美国标准,同时结合核电厂的实际使用要求,开展了不同类型碘吸附器取样样杯性能的实验室研究。结果表明:A型样杯水平接入系统时,其流量和压差符合AG-1相关标准;B型样杯垂直接入系统时,其流速和压差符合N509-2002相关标准。利用流量与压差关系可以进行线性回归方程,通过线性回归方程对样杯取样代表性进行评价。 The characteristic of sampling of iodine adsorber cell in differe type of reactor nuclear power plant was introduced.The representative sample of the entire adsorber cell were studied.To overcome the defect that the representative sample mostly stays in the theoretical calculation stage,referring to the American standards,and combining with the actual use requirements of nuclear power plants,the laboratory research on the performance of different types of canister was carried out.The results show that:Under the proposed AG-1 acceptance,canister A passed at 1800;At rated flow,canister B at 900 fell within±20%as allowed in N509-2002.The graph establishes that the flow rate to differential pressure relationship is linear,and can be predicted at flow and pressures not measured as part of the test setup.
