履带式车辆通过性能仿真及乘员安全分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据某款履带式车辆具体的结构参数,通过动力学仿真软件RecurDyn构建多刚体动力学模型。对履带式车辆在越壕沟、攀垂直壁与爬坡路面工况下进行仿真分析。针对车辆行驶时驱动轮转速与路面类型的差异,研究履带式车辆在3种路况下转速与路面对通过性能的影响。基于乘员安全问题,利用MADYMO软件建立履带式车辆驾驶员冲击模型,并对模型在各路况最大冲击加速度作用下进行人体损伤分析。结果表明:该款履带式车辆在3种路面工况下的通过能力良好;在不同转速与路面类型下行驶时,车辆的通过性能有明显差异,且存在一定的规律变化;在最大冲击加速度的作用下,驾驶员人体胸部加速度、头部伤害指数等安全性能指标均在FMVSS相关标准的规定范围之内。 According to the specific structural parameters of a tracked vehicle,a multi rigid body dynamic model was built by using the dynamic simulation software RecurDyn.The simulation analysis was carried out for the tracked vehicle under three road conditions(over ditch,climbing vertical wall and climbing slope)to verify the passing capacity of the vehicle.In terms of the difference of the drive-wheel speed and the road type,the influence of the speed and the road surface on the passing performance of tracked vehicles in three road conditions was studied.Based on the problem of occupant safety,the driver impact model of tracked vehicle was established by using MADYMO,and body damage analysis was carried out under the influence of maximum impact acceleration.The results show that the passing ability of the tracked vehicle is good on three road conditions.When driving at different speeds and under different road conditions,the passing performance of vehicles is obviously different,and there are some regular changes.Under the maximum impact acceleration,the driver′s chest acceleration,head injury index are all within the scope of FMVSS standard.
