摘要 设计了一种同时起爆串联聚能装药战斗部,在对战斗部前后作用时序和匹配特性分析的基础上,运用Autodyn软件对串联战斗部前后级成型和钢靶侵彻过程进行数值仿真并试验验证。结果表明:当串联战斗部前级采用成型速度较快的K装药,后级采用成型速度较慢的亚半球形罩,可实现前级和后级对钢靶的接力侵彻,达到增加穿深并兼顾扩孔的目的,在仿真基础上,进行了串联战斗部对钢靶的侵彻试验,数值模拟结果与试验结果较吻合。为串联聚能装药技术的进一步研究提供参考依据。 A tandem shaped charge warhead with simultaneous detonation was designed.Based on the analysis of time sequence and matching property,the formation process of front and rear stage of this tandem warhead and the penetration process into steel target were stimulated by the Autodyn software,and the experiment verification was carried out.The results show that when the front stage of the tendem warhead adopts a faster-forming K charge and the following stage adopts a slower-forming sub-semi sphere shaped charge,the relay penetration of the front and rear stages into the steel target can be realized,which results in the increase of penetration depth and the hole expansion.Based on the simulation,the penetration experiment of this warhead into the steel target was carried out.The numerical simulation results agree well with the experimental results.The research result can be used as a reference for the further study of the tandem shaped charge technology.
