热力隧道综合预警控制平台的应用

摘要 热力隧道机电设备种类繁多,各子系统之间相互孤立,存在管理和应急处置效率低下的问题。介绍了以一体化管控为核心的热力隧道综合预警控制平台建设和应用情况。平台在隧道监控系统多平台融合的基础上,对隧道机电设施实现智能化、信息化、统一化管理,保障隧道的安全运营。平台采用自动触发预警和手动触发预警两种机制,自动触发预警通过平台对环境检测系统和火灾检测报警系统的数据采集和状态通讯来实现,巡检和维护人员通过紧急电话和手动报警按钮实现手动报警。当发生紧急事故或者隧道运行异常时,平台能够自动预警并选择执行提前设定好的机电设备应急联动控制预案,从而缩短应急反应时间,尽可能降低事故带来的损失和危害。 In order to solve the problems of various types of mechanical and electrical equipment,isolation among subsystems,and low efficiency of management and emergency disposal in heating tunnel.The construction and application of integrated early warning control platform for heating tunnel based on integrated management and control is introduced.On the basis of multi-platform integration of tunnel monitoring system,the platform realizes intelligent,information and unified management of tunnel electromechanical facilities to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel.The platform adopts two mechanisms of automatic trigger warning and manual trigger warning.The automatic trigger warning is realized by data acquisition and state communication of environmental detection system and fire detection alarm system on the platform,and the manual alarm is realized by emergency telephone and manual alarm buttons for inspection and maintenance personnel.When an emergency accident or abnormal tunnel operation occurs,the platform can automatically early warning and choose to implement the pre-set emergency linkage control plan of electromechanical equipment,so as to shorten the emergency response time and minimize the loss and harm caused by the accident.
