敞开式TBM穿越长大断裂带施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 天山胜利隧道穿越博-阿区域长大断裂,敞开式岩石掘进机(TBM)施工面临着长距离穿越破碎围岩、突涌水、软岩挤压大变形等工程地质问题。为保障TBM安全、高效掘进,TBM始发掘进前,通过超长距离水平定向钻探测断裂带位置及地质特征。针对隧道施工重难点,对设备进行专项配置和改造,并结合工程实践,提出刀盘扩挖、应急喷射混凝土、钢筋排-钢拱架联合支护、TBM超前地质预报、掘进参数控制、塌腔回填、钻孔排水、注浆加固等一系列针对性技术措施,成功应用于博-阿断裂带的掘进过程,较好地保证了TBM在破碎围岩、富水、高地应力软岩等不良地质段落中的安全、高效掘进,节约工期57 d,达到了预期效果。研究成果可为类似的敞开式TBM穿越长大断裂带施工提供一定技术参考。 Tianshan Shengli Tunnel traversed the Bolokenu-Aqikekuduk regional fault.TBM tunneling was faced with many engineering geology problems,such as long distance through the broken surrounding rock,water gushing,squeezing deformation of soft rock and so on.In order to ensure TBM tunneling safely and efficiently,the fault location and geological features were detected in advance by super long distance horizontal directional drilling before TBM tunneling.Faced with difficulties in tunnel construction,the equipment was specially configured and transformed.Furthermore,combining with actual construction situation,a series of targeted technical measures,i.e.cutterhead expansion,emergency shotcrete,rebar row-steel arch combined support,advanced geological prediction,tunneling parameter control,backfilling of collapse cavity,borehole drainage and grouting reinforcement,were proposed and applied in the tunneling process of the Bolokenu-Aqikekuduk fault successfully.The application of key technologies ensured TBM tunneling safely and efficiently in the unfavorable geological sections such as broken rock,water-rich rock and high in-situ stress soft rock,which saved 57 days of construction period and achieved the expected results.The research results will provide certain technical reference for the similar construction of open TBM traversing the long-large fault zone.
