盾构滚刀破岩的近场动力学模拟简述

摘要 盾构施工是目前修建隧道的主要方法之一。在盾构施工中,岩土材料在刀具作用下的响应是盾构掘进主要关心的内容之一。滚刀是盾构机破岩的主要刀具,从数值模拟的角度出发,首先总结了目前应用于滚刀破岩的数值方法,包括有限元法、离散元法以及其他数值方法,并分析了以上方法的不足之处;为了突破现有方法在滚刀破岩领域遇到的瓶颈,提供了一种全新的思路—利用近场动力学模拟滚刀破岩,并简单阐述该方法的理论,同时列举了近场动力学在模拟岩石裂纹扩展以及破冰领域的成功案例;最后利用Peridigm模拟单滚刀破岩的算例,表明将近场动力学应用于模拟岩土材料在滚刀作用下损伤的演化及裂纹扩展等方面将有很大的应用前景。 Shield construction is one of the main methods used to construct tunnels today.In shield construction,the response of the geotechnical material under the action of the cutting tool is one of the main concerns in shield tunneling.The disc cutter is the main tool for rock fragmentation in shield machines.From the perspective of numerical simulation,the numerical methods currently applied to rock fragmentation by disc cutter is summarized firstly,including finite element method,discrete element method and other numerical methods,and analyze the shortcomings of the above methods.In order to break the bottleneck encountered by the existing methods in the field of rock fragmentation by disc cutter,a new idea is provided—simulating rock breaking by disc cutter using peridynamics,and briefly explain the theory of this method,and cite successful cases of simulating rock crack expansion and ice breaking by using peridynamics.The final example of using Peridigm to simulate rock fragmentation by single disc cutter show that the application of peridynamics to simulate the evolution of rock damage under disc cutter and the extension of cracks will have great promise.
