基岩山区型城市地下空间资源评价方法

摘要 基岩山体地下空间的开发是山区城市增加土地供应的关键途径之一。以黄山市南部城镇群为研究对象,从盆地城市建设区浅层地下空间开发和山体地下空间硐室开发两方面需求以及开发特点出发,通过两种技术路线,在盆地区通过聚焦主要制约要素,采用负面清单法进行评价;基岩山区采用以构造活动影响和岩体自身特征为核心指标,考虑地下水、坡度等影响因子,构建评价体系,使用层次分析法-多目标线性加权法进行评价。将区域地质、工程地质调查成果融合解译,并利用ArcGIS软件构建评价单元和评估模型,形成基岩山区地下空间开发适宜性评价体系。盆地-山区组合评价成果的融合可有效支撑山区城市地下空间规划以及重要工程选址。 The development of underground space in bedrock mountain is one of the key ways to increase land supply in mountain cities.Taking the urban group in the south of Huangshan City as the research object,and based on the different demands and characteristics of shallow underground space development in basin urban construction area and underground cavern development in bedrock mountainous area,the negative list method was used to evaluate the shallow underground space development in basin area by focusing on the main restricting factors.While in the bedrock mountain area,the influence of tectonic activities and the characteristics of rock mass are taken as the core indexes,and the influence factors such as groundwater and slope are considered to build an evaluation system with the method of analytic hierarchy process and multi-objective linear weighting.Regional geology and engineering geology survey results were combined and interpreted,and ArcGIS software was used to build evaluation units and evaluation models,forming an evaluation system for underground space development suitability in bedrock mountainous areas.The integration of basin-mountain area evaluation results can effectively support urban underground space planning and site selection of important projects.
