摘要
近年来,城市建设与管理进入智慧化新阶段,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术已成为城市地下空间设施规划、设计、施工和运营等全生命周期过程的核心技术之一。但是目前城市地下空间设施标准中,仍缺乏基于设施全生命周期的统一编码体系,导致设施数据较难在BIM环境下互联互通。本文分析了国内外相关行业的编码研究成果,提出基于Omniclass的城市地下空间设施分类及编码体系,并结合现有城市地下空间设施编码标准,提出Omniclass与现有编码的映射规则,形成一套基于Omniclass的城市地下空间设施编码系统方法,并对其中的部分设施作了编码示例。本文提出的编码方法,可为城市地下空间设施数据在BIM环境下的应用提供理论支撑,利于地下空间数据在全生命周期中的高效传递。
In recent years, urban construction and management have entered a new stage of intelligence. BIM technology has become one of the core technologies in the whole life cycle process of urban underground space facilities planning, design, construction and operation. However, the current standards for urban underground space facilities still lack a unified coding system based on the full life cycle of facilities, which makes it difficult for facility data to be interconnected in the BIM environment. This paper analyzes the coding research results of relevant industries at home and abroad, and puts forward the classification and coding system of urban underground space facilities based on Omniclass. Combined with the existing coding standards of urban underground space facilities, this paper puts forward the mapping rules between Omniclass and existing codes, so as to form a set of coding system method of urban underground space facilities based on Omniclass, and gives some coding examples of some facilities. The coding method proposed in this paper can provide theoretical support for the application of urban underground space facility data in the BIM environment, and is conducive to the efficient transmission of underground space data in the whole life cycle.
