摘要
从运营需求出发,结合校园综合管廊运营经验进行定制化设计,根据各种管线布置需求,确定供冷、供热等7种建筑设备类管线入廊。为提高管线系统的安全、稳定性,供冷及供热系统均设备用管线,室内消火栓系统及自动喷淋系统各设两套独立管网系统。综合管廊沿一期工程教学核心区呈环状布置,总长度1841 m,采用单舱矩形断面、双层管线布置型式。管廊基底采用水泥搅拌桩加固及PHC预应力混凝土管桩基础,基坑采用拉森钢板桩+钢管内支撑支护方式,主体结构采用C35混凝土,防水等级为P8。综合管廊内管线系统预留安装有关智慧化设备条件,满足学校科研团队对其智慧化性能研究。
The campus utility tunnel is customized based on campus operation experience and requirements.Seven types of building service pipelines such as cooling and heating pipelines are housed in the utility tunnel following various pipeline layout requirements.In order to improve the safety and stability of the pipeline system,both of the cooling and heating systems have standby pipelines,and each of the indoor hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system has two separate pipeline systems.The utility tunnel is arranged in a ring loop around the core teaching area in phase 1 development with a total length of 1841 m.The cross-section of the utility tunnel is a single rectangular compartment,and the pipelines are arranged in double-deck within the utility tunnel.The utility tunnel base uses cement mixing pile reinforcement and prestressed concrete pipe pile.The foundation pit uses Larsen steel sheet pile and Steel pipe inner support.The main structure of the utility tunnel uses C35 concrete with P8 Waterproof grade.The utility tunnel also reserves space for installing smart sensor on the pipeline system to meet the intelligent performance research raised from the school’s scientific research team.
