Hotspots and Development Trends of BIM Research in Underground Space

摘要 随着城市地下空间的迅速发展,地下空间信息化的要求越来越高,建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种信息化手段被引入地下空间领域。基于Web of Science数据库和中国知网CNKI数据库,采用CiteSpace软件对国内外有关BIM在地下空间领域的文献进行了分析。研究表明,国内外的研究热点各有侧重,国外BIM在地下空间领域的研究集中在跨学科设计与仿真、应用阻碍、多源模型融合、绩效管理、风险识别等方面,国内的研究集中在BIM技术对地下工程在各阶段的应用、以IFC标准扩展为主的信息技术、全生命周期和集成管理等;国内外研究的发展趋势基本保持步调一致,国外研究率先由扩张阶段进入缓慢成熟阶段,国内研究紧随其后。当前对于三维地质建模、仿真模拟、绩效评估、数字孪生,以及与三维激光扫描、物联网和虚拟仿真等新兴技术的集成研究等是BIM在地下空间领域的重点研究方向。 The rapid development of underground space has put forward higher requirements for informatization.Building Information Modeling(BIM)has been introduced into underground space as an information technology.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on BIM in the field of underground space in Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)by information visualization software CiteSpace.The results show that research hotpots at domestic and abroad have different focuses.Foreign research focuses on interdisciplinary design and simulation,application barriers,multi-source model integration,performance management,and risk recognition.Domestic research focuses on the application of BIM in various stages of underground engineering,information technology based on IFC extension,whole life cycle and integrated management.Domestic and foreign research has basically maintained the same development trend.Foreign research took the lead in completing the expansion stage and entering the slow mature stage,followed by domestic research.At present,the key research direction of BIM in the field of underground space is 3 D geological modeling,simulation,performance evaluation,digital twin,and integrated technology with emerging technologies such as 3 D laser scanning,Internet of Things and virtual simulation.
