大直径空推法盾构隧道施工风险模糊综合评判 被引量:3

摘要 盾构空推过矿山法隧道工序复杂,涉及的风险因素多,安全管控难度大。为保证施工安全,有效管控风险,需评价空推法盾构隧道施工过程中影响隧道安全的各项指标。以广州市轨道交通22号线番祈中间风井~番祈2号盾构井区间为例,采用AHP层次分析法及专家打分法得出了各项关键因素所占比重,并结合模糊综合评价法判断了隧道风险等级。计算表明,该项目空推施工过程中的风险等级为基本安全。通过本文的研究可以发现,使用所提模型可以有效分析项目实施过程中的施工风险,该项目实际施工过程未出现安全事故,验证了该模型的合理性。 The process of shield tunneling through mine is complicated,involving many risk factors,and the safety control is difficult.In order to ensure the construction safety and effectively control the risk,it is necessary to evaluate the indexes that affect the tunnel safety during the construction of shield tunnel with the air-thrust method.This paper takes the Panqi middle air shaft and Panqi No.2 shield shaft of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 22 as an example,and uses AHP and expert scoring method to get the proportion of each key factor,and combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the tunnel risk level.The calculation of this paper shows that the risk level in the construction process of the project is basic safety.Through the research in this paper,it can be found that the construction risk in the implementation process of the project can be effectively analyzed by using the model in this paper.There are no safety accidents in the actual construction process of the project,which verifies the rationality of the model.
