摘要 地下综合管廊作为城市重要的市政基础设施,内部空间狭窄,运行环境比较恶劣,影响制约安全正常运行的因素较多,难以全面准确判断管廊运行安全情况。部分新建管廊项目虽然建立了综合管廊监控与报警系统平台,但只是简单的作为管廊工作状态监控和报警工具使用,没有有效利用监测数据。如何利用信息化监测手段,科学准确地量化评价综合管廊运行状况,现阶段对这方面的研究较少。本文介绍了一种评价方法,该方法整合地下综合管廊监控与报警系统平台采集的八大监控子系统实时监测数据,作为分析数据源,建立管廊健康度评价模型,使用加权平均法从多个维度对管廊及廊内舱室进行健康度量化评价分析,分析结果能够较为客观准确地反映综合管廊当前的运行质量和健康水平,为综合管廊日常维修维护提供数据支撑,为综合管廊治理、延长管廊使用寿命提供决策依据。 As an important municipal infrastructure in the city,the underground utility tunnel has a bad internal operation environment,and there are many factors restricting the safe and normal operation,so it is difficult to comprehensively and accurately judge the operation safety of the pipe gallery.Although the monitoring and alarm system platform of comprehensive pipe gallery has been established in some newly-built pipeline rack projects,it is only used as a tool for monitoring and alarming the working state of pipe gallery,and the monitoring data are not effectively used.At present,there are few researches on how to use information monitoring means to evaluate the operation status of comprehensive pipe gallery scientifically and accurately.This paper introduces an evaluation method,which integrates the real-time monitoring data of eight monitoring subsystems collected by the monitoring and alarm system platform of the underground utility tunnel as the analysis data source,establishes the health evaluation model of the pipe gallery,and uses the weighted algorithm to carry out the quantitative evaluation and analysis of the health degree of the pipe gallery and the cabin in the tunnel from multiple dimensions.The analysis results can objectively reflect the comprehensive pipe gallery The current operation quality and health level provide data support for the daily maintenance of the utility tunnel,and provide decision-making basis for the management of the utility tunnel and the extension of the service life of the utility tunnel.
