盾构隧道监测数据三维可视化研究 被引量:2

摘要 现阶段,一些新技术如光纤监测技术、DIC技术等在工程结构健康监测上广泛使用,这些新技术可以获得分布式数据,数据量大,包含的信息量也大,但新技术的应用使得传统的数据呈现方式不能充分直观地表达出数据所包含的信息。本文应用科学计算可视化理念,完成了盾构隧道监测数据的三维可视化研究,使得监测数据与所监测的实体隧道在空间上高度结合。利用数据驱动盾构隧道管片姿态和位置变化实现实际状态的三维可视化呈现;利用实际变形状态结合颜色映射的方式实现监测数据的三维可视化呈现;实现了从不同维度和尺度呈现盾构隧道监测数据所包含的信息。最后,利用南京某地铁隧道的光纤监测数据完成可视化呈现展示,证明了三维可视化研究的可行性和有效性。 Nowadays,some new technologies,such as optical fiber monitoring and DIC,have been widely used in structural health monitoring.With these technologies,distributed data and massive information can be obtained.But the traditional method for data presentation is shown to be obviously incapable and cannot fully and intuitively express the information of the data.Considering this situation,this paper utilizes the concept of scientific computing visualization to accomplish the 3 D visualization of shield tunnel monitoring data,and the monitoring data is integrated with tunnel.Changes in the posture and position of shield tunnel segments are captured by the data and the three-dimensional visualization of the actual state of the tunnel can be shown.The actual deformation state combined with color mapping is used to realize the three-dimensional visualization of the monitoring data.Three-dimensional visualization of data in the form of surface cloud diagrams and simple linear visualization are realized.Information contained in the distributed data set obtained from shield tunnel monitoring is expressed from different dimensions and scales.As an application,the monitoring data of a subway tunnel in Nanjing is expressed,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the three-dimensional visualization method.
