高速公路隧道穿越富水空洞区协同施工法研究 被引量:5

摘要 隧道穿越前方富水空洞施工一直是山岭隧道施工领域的难点问题。本文以2022年北京冬奥会重大交通保障工程玉渡山隧道为背景,基于FLAC3D软件模拟流固耦合作用下隧道穿越断层破碎带富水空洞区的力学效应,提出一种"边注浆,边排水,边施工"的协同施工法,分析施工后隧道拱顶沉降、水平收敛与塑性区范围,并给出合理支护方案。研究表明:(1)提出的协同施工法对破碎带中的水压扰动较小,在施工过程中不会有掌子面前方发生水压突然增高的现象;(2)隧道前进方向存在富水空洞区,若不进行及时有效的治理,将会发生突泥、突水等灾害事故;(3)所提出的协同施工法具有经济合理性,可为相关的破碎带中富水空洞区工程提供一定的理论指导。 Tunnel construction through the front of the rich water hole has always been a difficult problem in the construction of mountain tunnels.Based on the Yudushan tunnel project of the Yanchong(Yanqing-Chongli)Expressway,a major transportation support project for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing,this paper proposes a construction method of"side grouting,side drainage,side construction"based on FLAC3 Dsoftware to simulate the fluid-solid coupling condition of tunnel through the fault-rich zone.The settlement of the tunnel arch,horizontal convergence and plastic zone range,and give a reasonable support scheme.The research shows that:(1)The proposed collaborative construction method has less water pressure disturbance in the fracture zone,and there is no sudden increase of water pressure in front of the face during construction;(2)There is water in the tunnel direction.In the hollow area,if the timely and effective treatment is not carried out,disasters such as mud and water inrush will occur;(3)The proposed construction scheme of"side grouting,side drainage,and side construction"is economically reasonable and can be The relevant water-filled void area project in the relevant fracture zone provides certain theoretical guidance.
