非敏性切土装置顶管施工数值研究

摘要 针对顶管施工造成地面土体隆沉的问题,结合工程实际,对比分析了顶管切土装置对地表土体变形、管片位移以及双线顶管间夹层土体的变形的影响,结果显示:加装切土装置后,管片水平位移均在1~2 mm范围内,相比无切土装置时的影响降低了60%-80%;管片拱顶沉降和拱底隆起与无切土装置相差不大;对中间夹层土体的扰动较小,水平位移减至0.3 mm左右。该分析对工程的顺利完成提供了有效的数据参考,同时采用如此近间距(只有0.6 m)的非开挖方式结合数值模拟成功完成顶通对今后的双排或多排平行、近间距矩形顶管施工中具有指导意义,极具推广价值。 Aiming at the problem of ground soil uplift caused by pipe jacking construction,combining with engineering practice,the influence of pipe jacking device on surface soil deformation,segment displacement and deformation of interlayer soil between double-line pipe jacking is compared and analyzed.The results show that after the installation of the earth-cutting device,the horizontal displacement of the segments is in the range of 1~2 mm,which is 60%-80%lower than that without the earth-cutting device;segmental dome settlement and arch bottom bulge are not much different from uncutting devices;the disturbance to the middle interlayer soil is small,and the horizontal displacement is reduced by about 0.3 mm.This analysis provides an effective data reference for the successful completion of the project.At the same time,the non-excavation method with such close spacing(only 0.6 m)combined with numerical simulation successfully completes the top-to-side double-row or multi-row parallel and close-space rectangular top.
