波纹钢板—混凝土组合梁的力学性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 波纹钢板混凝土组合结构具有厚度小、强度高、抗变形能力强等优点,因而被广泛运用到隧道衬砌的设计中,本文为研究波纹钢板混凝土组合梁在静荷载作用下的抗弯性能,分别对安装剪力钉及不安装剪力钉的波纹钢板混凝土组合梁进行室内静力试验,观察试件的破坏形式,分析试件的荷载挠度曲线、荷载应变曲线,总结影响试件力学性能的因素。采用ABAQUS建立有限元模型,模拟试件的加载过程,对比数值模拟结果和室内试验结果,并进一步分析波形、钢板厚度等因素对组合结构力学性能的影响。研究表明:相同条件下,安装剪力钉的组合梁的极限荷载相比于不安装剪力钉组合梁提高了55%;当波距从150 mm增大到230mm,组合梁的极限荷载提高了59%;当波纹钢板厚从3 mm增加到5 mm,其极限荷载提高了19%。研究结果为波纹钢板混凝土组合结构在隧道衬砌中的应用提供理论基础。 The composite structure of corrugated steel and concrete has the advantages of small thickness,high strength and good construction flexibility,which has widespread applications in tunnel lining.In order to better apply this composite structure in tunnel liners,this paper studies the mechanical property of the corrugated steel-concrete composite beams.The static test of the corrugated steel-concrete composite beams with shear studs and without shear studs were carried out to investigate the failure mode,load-deflection curve and stress-strain curve.The finite element software ABAQUS was applied to simulate the loading process of the specimen.The simulation results were compared with the experiment results to analyze the influence of the thickness and the pitch of corrugated steel plate.The study shows that with shear studs,the ultimate load of the composite beam increased by 55%.When the pitch of wave increased from 150 mm to 230 mm,the ultimate load of the composite beam increased by 59%.When the thickness of corrugated steel plate increased from 3 mm to 5 mm,the ultimate load of the composite beam increased by 59%.The results provide theoretical basis for the application of corrugated steel-concrete composite structure in tunnel liners.
