摘要
依托苏州人民路矩形顶管工程,对矩形顶管施工引起临近地铁隧道变形原因进行了分析,从土体扰动规律及地铁隧道变形机理方面进行了论述,提出了地层损失是地铁隧道不均匀变形的主要原因;依据现有监测方案及监测数据,发现矩形顶管顶进过程中,地铁隧道最大变形区域位于顶管轴线正下方,且离轴线越远其变形越小,拱顶、道床表现为隆起状态,拱腰向始发井方向偏移;利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对顶管上穿地铁隧道施工过程进行模拟,发现模拟结果基本符合现场实测结果,验证了现场实测的合理性和所选模型的可靠性。
Relying on the Suzhou Renmin Road rectangular pipe jacking project,this paper analyzes the causes of deformation of adjacent subway tunnels caused by rectangular pipe jacking construction,and discusses the law of soil disturbance and the deformation mechanism of subway tunnel,then proposes that the ground loss is the main reason for the uneven deformation of the subway tunnel.Based on existing monitoring scheme and monitoring data,it is found that during the jacking process of the rectangular jacking pipe,the maximum deformation area of the subway tunnel is directly below the axis of the jacking pipe,and the farther from the axis,the smaller the deformation.The vault and the ballast bed are in a raised state,and the hance mainly moves to the starting shaft.By modeling and analysis with using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the process of pipe jacking construction built crossing above subway tunnel is analyzed,it is found that the simulation results basically accord with the field test results,which verifies the rationality of the field test and the reliability of the selected model.
